During this workout you will focus on Dutch style combo drills. Which means you’ll be performing combo’s including punches, kicks and knees, combined with strength and conditioning drills to give you a challenging but also technical workout.
During this workout you will focus on a different variety of techniques. Dutch Style Striking, defense, and counter strikes. You will also focus on the right execution of techniques so you can improve your skills. We offer both All Levels and Advanced classes weekly.
During this training you will combine three elements of kickboxing training. First 20 min Technique: Dutch Style Striking, defense, and counter strikes. Second 20 min Kicking Shields: Dutch Style Striking on the shields. Third 20 min Heavybag: Dutch style combo drills combined with strength and conditioning drills.
From September 2020 onwards we have added youth lessons on our schedule. To make sure all members stay enthusiastic and challenged, we have divided these in two groups: YOUTH (13 – 17 yrs) and JUNIOR (6 – 12 yrs).
During this workout you will focus on boxing skills only. The training is focussed on technique for all levels and at the end it will feel like you had a great work out. Expect some stretching in between!
With functional training you will train your body to become stronger so you will also profit in your daily life. Exercises that will train your base muscles, they will physically challenge you and will give you a good stable basis. There will be challenges in the work outs to trigger your energy system and in each training there is a ‘focus’ so that you understand what you are actually doing.

Kickboxing is becoming more and more popular and people are trying this sport out (and become hooked!). Because of this, it is important to learn the right technique in te beginning, to avoid injuries but also to attend the regular classes with more confidence. During the Dutchstyle intro class we focus on learning the right techniques of kicking, punching and defence for the absolute beginner.
All of our classes and personal training sessions are focused on making you better, regardless of your current level.
