During all of our classes, we like to focus on having fun and teaching you a proper technique. Why is this so important? Because your technique is the foundation for your future development. The right technique makes everything you do more effective and prevents injury. With the right foundation in place, you can be sure to enjoy many hours of training where you can push yourself physically and mentally, while staying safe and having fun.
We offer 3 different classes:
Heavybag – During this workout you will focus on Dutch style combo drills. Which means you’ll be performing combo’s including punches, kicks and knees, combined with strength and conditioning drills to give you a challenging but also technical workout.
Technique: During this workout you will focus on a different variety of techniques. Dutch Style Striking, defense, and counter strikes. You will also focus on the right execution of techniques so you can improve your skills. We offer both Beginners and Advanced classes weekly.
TKH: T(echnique) K(icking shields) H(eavybag) – During this training you will combine three elements of kickboxing training. First 20 min Technique: Dutch Style Striking, defense, and counter strikes. Second 20 min Kicking Shields: Dutch Style Striking on the shields. Third 20 min Heavybag: Dutch style combo drills combined with strength and conditioning drills.
Dutchstyle intro – Kickboxing is becoming more and more popular and people are trying this sport out (and become hooked!). Because of this, it is important to learn the right technique in te beginning, to avoid injuries but also to attend the regular classes with more confidence. During the Dutchstyle intro class we focus on learning the right techniques of kicking, punching and defence for the real beginner. Are you here for the first time or completely new with the sport, this is the right class for you!
Here you can find the starting schedule. This schedule will change in time, new classes will be added depending on the needs of our customers. Click here to subscribe for a class directly or maybe just try a class once. The costs of this try out class will be deducted from your first month if you become a member right after the try out.
